Take Off: English For The Aviation Industry

Our pilots around the world have to learn English as part of their job (see our Cabin Crew course),  Little known is those working in this industry as technicians and engineers need English as part of their job.

Until recently, there was very little video content to help these students learn English for the aviation industry. Now, that no longer is the case.  We’ve partnered with the publisher Garnet to launch Take Off: Technical English For The Aviation Industry.  It’s a course that follows Garnet’s coursebook but can also be used alone to learn the language and vital vocabulary for those working in this industry.

Enjoy the course and we promise many more additional ESP type courses to come….

  1. Thank you for this resource! I have many students working in both Kobe airport and Kansai airport in engineering positions.
This is exactly what I was looking for!

    • Sorry for the late reply. Glad you like that content and it’s a classic text for that industry and our partnership with Cambridge makes it available.

If you need to inquire about students purchasing access for the course, don’t hesitate to get in touch and take advantage of our deeply discounted Academic rate. Our office in Japan can facilitate. Just get in touch through the site or teachers@englishcentral.com
