Our sincerest apologies for the service interruption today, June 15th between 0300 and 1100 EST. It was a consequence of Amazon servers going offline unexpectedly and we have made changes to make sure the site will remain fully functional when this type of event occurs in the future. Read more HERE (click the yellow arrows for performance issue descriptions) or HERE.

    The problems continue: I am having great difficulty entering the website since yesterday, the 18th, and today, the 19th. I haven’t been able to get on yet today! What to do?


    • Hi Nancy,

      We are looking into this matter. thanks for your patience. I’ll reply directly to you by email.

      The problem arose when Amazon’s server’s went offline due to a power outage. Most large sites were effected. The problem for us is making sure the DNS reconnects to all our countries and sometimes it takes time. One thing you can immediately do is clear your computer cache, this can sometimes help.
