If you weren’t born during the 90s, you’ll never know what it felt like to push a Betamax or VHS tape into a VCR. The kids of today will never know the relationship between a pencil and a cassette tape.
Before the Xbox or the PlayStation, we played Furbies and Pogs. Sodas were cool but were not as cool as Kool-Aids. Having $10 in your wallet made you a millionaire and a half dollar could buy you decent food. Decisions were easily made with “eeny-meeny-miney-moe”. Viruses that invaded homes were not of SARS or cancer but of Y2K. We paid $2 for a movie and not because they were 3D.
We all wish we could go back in time and enjoy the happiness, the sadness, the memories and the simplicities of life.
